Desire Designs has been in operation for more than years. We have undertaken numerous projects, including complex and difficult sites, and have the resources, commitment, experience and knowledge to successfully complete varied and complex Architectural, Civil Engineering, and Interior Decoration projects.
Our company has been at the forefront of projects that have a combination of Design and Construction and
Interior and landscape works, an area where many other companies fall short.
We have extensive resource backup and extremely competent site operations staffs that have enabled our company to survive the various constraints that has been placed upon our industry throughout the years.
We are regularly asked to work closely with our clients, Engineers and Supervisors to offer advice on design and construction methodology or to establish project specific concepts and realistic budgets.

Our Experts
Desire Designs is a partnership firm managed by M.Ilango and I.Lavanya w/o M.Ilango.
M. Ilango an Architect Graduate from Department of Architecture –College of Engineering Trivandrum –University of Kerala is the founder and heads the firm.
Having more than 25 years of professional experience he is:
• Registered with the Council of Architecture
• Member of All India Institute of Architects
I. Lavanya, a science graduate from Pondicherry University, takes care of the financial and day to day activity of the firm.
Other staff includes Engineers /Supervisors/ Draughtsman/ Accounts & Office Manager.
In Desire Designs we believe that outsourcing of specialised Engineering requirements is the most effective way to address specific project requirements. In line with this, we have our own team of Specialist Structural and Civil Engineers who provide their services from time to time as and when the need arises.
